It's not often you find a place that really cares about the spaces you rent, Alexandra has shown me that there are good passionate people in all work fields. I've never had an experience that was filled with so much genuine intention. :) I'll most certainly be back if I ever find myself in another pinch and need to store my precious belongings again.

I was waiting more than 2 hours outside the property with all my stuff in hot sun. Then I saw Ms. Victoria walking in the property. She was off on Labor day, but she went and came back in uniform and help me all the way. Earlier I called Public Storage customer service and no good response, extremely poor. I was told Area Manager is going to call me, but no call from corporate big boss. She is very sweet and take her job very seriously. She is the best I have ever seen. She deserve to be property manager, because the way she she treat customers and the property is more like personal. I was very mad earlier but she made everything so smooth and best way possible that I forgot all my inconvenience and became very very happy. I demand Public Storage to give her the credit she deserve and make her property manager, because she is the best candidate for this job, period.
