I had a great experience working with Erica at Public Storage. She was friendly, relatable, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Even though it was clear she was handling a lot of customers and a busy environment, she still remained professional, patient, and attentive to everyone’s needs. What stood out most was that even when you could sense she might have been feeling frustrated from the volume of people she was helping, she never let it affect the quality of service she gave. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything, and kept the process smooth and stress free. It is not easy to maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced setting, but Erica still delivered five star customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this location based on the great service she provided.

I stopped in today to reserve a unit for my trailer, and Cici, the store manager, was extremely helpful and welcoming. Even though she doesn’t manage the location down the street, she went above and beyond to assist me with reserving a unit there as well. Her professionalism and willingness to help set a positive tone for my day, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service.

Not sure how this place has a 4.7 rating when the place is locked during open store hours. Came by at 2 PM on a Monday and no one was inside and the door was locked. A few others were outside waiting and one lady mentioned that the workers are hardly in the office and the place is usually locked. Called and left a voicemail, but no one was returned my call.
