The staff was incredibly helpful his name is Rory he’s the manager store number is :24633 he was so helpful , answering all my questions and making the entire process quick and easy. The units were clean, secure, and well-maintained, giving me full confidence that my belongings were safe. I truly appreciated the friendly customer service and the smooth, hassle-free experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of reliable storage! -very satisfied-

This has been the best service I have received so far at any storage place! The Office Manager is very helpful and makes sure you are accommodated with what you need by asking questions about what you have in order to get the best choice for your budget! Which takes a lot of stress off and makes the move in smooth! This lady is always attentive and ask if I need help anytime she sees me!

Public storage they are not good company to deal with l have been using them for past 10 months these people have raised my prices three times from $80 a month to $225 a month it came out 80 next was 130 next was 180 and now it’s 225. That’s almost about three times more than a month which I agreed when I called to complain. The manager she just hang up on me twice they offering the same space to other people at $80 A month and they charging me $225 And during this time I had ants coming to my storage they didn’t do nothing for me. They are horrible horrible horrible the last Manager that was nothing but always high on weed and the new manager doesn’t wanna hear nothing I tell you how it runs and this is the way he’s gonna go. I am not there to help you how I can do. Just give it to my general manager if she doesn’t want to contact you there is nothing I can do for you. These are the answers that I get from them and I just find out all the insurance money that that I pay the maximum that they cover is $250. Can you believe this? This is believable they have charged me over $15 a month for 10 months that’s $150 so far. I don’t understand why would I wanna ensure something for $15 a month . I thought I can trust public storage, but I was wrong and I’m gonna write to my Representatives in the state of Texas and ask them to look up for rent management for these storages so they cannot raise your storage up to 3 times a month to steal your money and steal you’re good because if you forget and you don’t have the money they will sell your stuff And I really don’t have the money and they got me good. I don’t know for how long I can do this, but I wish the best to you for that you’re gonna deal with them. Good luck to you if you are planning to stay more than three months at this locations don’t Don’t don’t don’t worse thing that you can do to your self

The way this place is managed is ridiculous. Every few months my bill goes up significantly with no notice at all. They take advantage of customers who rent large units, knowing it’s extremely difficult to move all that equipment every few months, and raise prices for no real reason. This morning was the final straw, I arrived with my employee to pick up equipment for a major job, and the gate didn’t work. After dozens of attempts to call, a representative finally answered and, with complete indifference, expected us to stand here for hours maybe until someone showed up to fix it. Shameful!
