This storage is hard to get into and out of. They have increased my rent several times. I asked just recently for them to keep my payment the same but I seem not to be getting anywhere with Public Storage. Husband just recently got laid off. Public Storage is all about the money. Business owners in the past years have been good about keeping customers. In the world we live in now it’s about the money. Highly would not recommend it. . Wish my review could be more positive

Alice was amazing! Before I even fully stepped into the building she greeted me warmly and was ready to help. I went in confused and stressed about the best option for my belongings and she made sure to give me full details on what’s available and even showed me these as well so I can have a better idea on them. I feel much better about moving forward with my selection now thanks to her insight. Truly amazing customer service, would give even more stars if I could!

I visited this storage facility because my family is moving here and we need extra space. Angela made the entire experience incredibly easy for me! She was welcoming from the moment I walked in and answering every question without rushing me. You can tell she really knows her stuff!! She was patient with me and Answered every question I had by explaining the sizes, pricing, and policies clearly, and made sure I understood everything before leaving. I can’t thank you enough Angela!!!

I am moving in about two months, but I wanted to get an idea of what I was up against so I came to look at a couple of different sizes today. I encountered Angela who turned out to be the nicest most helpful person, She is not only knowledgeable about Storage units and how to fit everything in, but she helped me find out what size I’m gonna need. I left here excited about my upcoming move. I highly recommend this location and asking for Angela. She is the greatest.

I cannot say enough good things about the Public Storage employee, Alice, who we met with today. From the moment we walked in, Alice greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile - which was so nice, because life is stressful when you are selling your home & need to coordinate things like movers, rentals & storage. She was so knowledgeable about her storage spaces & took us immediately to look at one, when we asked about viewing on of their larger climate controlled units. In addition, Alice guided us through the process of securing a unit on line & made sure we had the direct phone number to reach her if we needed any assistance at all. Very thoughtful! Alice thought of everything to make our experience as smooth & stress free as possible. She provided 5 star customer service! Thank you Alice!
