Our experience was smooth and free of problems. We were treated in a friendly, yet professional manner by the manager. Also we were able to set up our auto-pay relatively quickly. The only issue we encountered is that we had -- based on our reservation -- been promised a price and promotion that apparently was in error. We had requested an outdoor parking space for a certain price. Upon arrival at the location, we were told that we had reserved an interior storage unit, instead of a parking space outdoors. However, everything was resolved and we are content with the results. The only suggestion I can offer is that you could arrange for a mail dropbox with the United States Postal Service. This would be a helpful amenity for the clients. Thanks!Full Review
