Impossible to talk to a human over the phone. My code has never worked. They don’t even give you a full year before doubling the price you signed up for. This place is a scam. Stay far far away

If you use them and set up auto pay be sure you are tracking it. Missed the payment on the first and next thing we know we get a letter from the lien holder on our trailer, not these guys, that if the payment is not made by middle of following month the trailer is going to auctioned. I get that bills need to be paid no notice to us and per the letter auction would be 3 weeks after we find out about. Problem solved, moved the trailer and don’t have to worry about our property being gone.

AI chat bot hung up on me when I needed to be transferred to a Team Member at the actual facility. I needed to call back three times before I was able to speak to a human.

Since 10 Federal Storage took over ownership of the Spring Branch location, I’ve been extremely disappointed with how things have changed—especially the pricing. I’m now paying $389 per month, up from $325, and the only explanation given was “competitive market rates.” That’s a huge increase with no added value. As a veteran with over 20 years of service, I believe in loyalty and fairness, and this feels like a slap in the face to long-time customers. I’ve supported this facility through multiple rentals, and expected the same respect in return. I sincerely hope 10 Federal reconsiders how it treats its customers, especially those who have served their country. (Published for my husband Robert Howard)
