The property manager Laticia was incredibly sweet, she was out walking her dog on her day off and after hours helped me get my storage door open and even helped me move stuff away from the door so I can close it, she made sure my unit was very secure and even helped me make sure I got out the gate safe. I’m an elderly woman who doesn’t have much but what I do have she has made sure I feel like my belongings are safe and secure. She went over the top for someone who was off and after hours! Thank you again so very much young lady!

I’ve had a great experience with Public Storage. The facility looked clean and well taken care of. Latricia is quite the pleasure. She is friendly, helpful, informative and just a joy to do business with. Public Storage is lucky to have such an excellent employee. I have no doubts that me and my belongings will be well taken care of. Would recommend.

I moved out of my old storage facility into this one and the difference is night and day. The manager, Latricia, is an absolute gem who bends over backwards to help whenever necessary; the pricing is fantastic and every issue I've ever had has been addressed promptly and completely. I started out with just 2 units and now have 4, paying a little over 1/2 what I did for 3 at my last place. If you're in this area and need storage space, I highly recommend Public Storage AND Latricia: she's the best! If there was a 6th star, she would easily earn it.

Stopped by today to look at a 10x20 storage unit, the property manager Latricia was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable, she greeted me with the friendliest smile and I’ll definitely be renting from her within the next month or so!
