I was downsizing from my house to an apartment and need a storage unit, found this place. I came late about closing time, horrible I know. Sherry showed me around like she had hours, I didn’t feel rushed or that she was annoyed, she was patient, professional, informative and gave me great service. I ended up leasing a place closer to my new place but the service was so good and as a professional myself I know how important reviews are for future customers and even supervisors so I could not NOT leave a review. Though the place sales itself as it was clean and well maintained; the superstar of this place is Sherry! I am going through a vicious break-up, I came in with tears and just distraught. Sherry was patient answered all my questions and concerns and just nurtured me into a comfort zone that I really needed in that moment.
