She even walks the property picking up small screws by hand that customers have left behind to ensure that others don’t have any tire problems. The facility is secure & she manages it well. Ashley at this Public Storage was truly top tier! It’s freezing cold with snow on the ground, and when the gate wouldn’t open, she didn’t hesitate to step in and help us. Not only did she resolve the issue, but she also went above and beyond by helping us get what we needed out of our storage unit. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, but she did, with kindness, patience, and a great attitude the entire time. Customer service like this is rare, and Ashley made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Ashley! You are amazing!
