Been waiting 2 weeks for a call back from someone in corporate named Chris about rat droppings in our storage and sent pictures and videos with NO RESPONSE. I also tried to access gate entry at 0700am to remove a small dresser for my Daughter who was leaving back to Dallas and tried several times to access the gate and it stated access granted but gate would not open. My Daughter had to leave back to Dallas without the dresser and when confronting the front office they advised me that it had to do with the dew on the entry gate monitor. Such a POOR excuse for a storage facility and not taking ownership for its customers.

By far the best location for storage if you're living near 211 and 90. Anytime I need temporary space while I'm working on projects at home I call the local manager, Janeth, and she makes sure I have the storage and boxes I need.

We’ve had a unit here for just about a year, and this is the cleanest & nicest storage unit I’ve ever had. Rosie at the front desk is very polite and accommodating. I really couldn’t ask for better service here. She deserves a raise to be honest. Thank you so much!

Rosie at the desk was so awesome, she helped us feel at ease with the questions we had. She made us feel welcomed and explained everything very clearly. The storage unit and the whole place itself is very nice and very clean. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a storage place.
