The customer service is amazing! Sooo helpful. I was able to rent a unit completely online and get the access I needed for after hours as I was traveling from out of state. The facility is clean and organized. I love that it’s tucked away, too. You’ll see the extra security that gives when you get there. It’s a great location.

I had such a great experience here! Cindy who helped me was truly amazing — kind, patient, and so on top of everything. She made the whole process quick and easy, and treated me with genuine care the whole time. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and looks out for people. Chanel was great! The staff in general here are great at being professional and working efficiently for quality customer service. I never have issues with my unit or with any other aspect of renting space from the stone oak location. I definitely stay because the quality of the price and customer service surpasses other places I’ve rented spaces from. I have been here over a year. If you want your space to be clean, and have questions answered and support as best as possible the make this choice over the others. As a former military family I suggest this location to other military families.

We are very happy with our new storage space. Leasing was easy and management has been great about following up. It is a little quirky finding and accessing the property but once you've found it it's all good. Just know that you have to turn in at Cane's!!
