I spoke with Tracy, a CS representative and she made sure I reserved the correct size for storing various boxes and furniture. She was very helpful. Though I did not use the unit, I will not hesitate to contact them in the future should I need the service.

Pete the manager was very helpful. I showed up 10 minutes til close and he had no problem getting my reservation confirmed and me checked in. At no time Did I once feel rushed and he was also Very professional. I would recommend this public storage to anyone who values value.
