No idea!

I made a reservation and showed up on the agreed upon day with my boat. I got there and could not get access. I called their number and left a voicemail. It is now over two days later and still no call back. Not sure what to say beyond this. Very frustrated! I found another storage place and have my boat in storage elsewhere.

Good Evening Tom, I apologize for any inconvenience, but it looks as though you may have rented with us at another one of our properties according to your other review. Our managers do not live on site and you must contact them directly to set an appointment with them prior to your arrival. Their office is located at Lone Star Storage on FM 1097 West. Hours 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and 9am -12pm Saturday. Closed Sundays. The property manager can not give you access without a signed lease and payment prior to them unlocking the storage and giving you gate access. I hope they were able to accommodate your Storage needs.

Just started, so far so good.

Good so far. Since I just open or rented the storage, it is hard to really said anything. All I can say is “So fat so good”.
