I have had prime storage as my go to place I would say almost 2 years now. Anytime I have had any problems or discrepancies Alyssa would take care of them with all she had. I had a horrible spell where I was always late due to some health problems that I'm still sorting through and Alyssa has been very helpful in making sure I keep my units. I have appreciated her and other staff with prime who has been more than kind. Oh one more kudos. I recieved a message one day that upon thier walk i Of the units they noticed I locked my unit but my latch wasn't on the safe side so anyone could of gotten in. They said if I didn't see the notice by end of day that they would do what they had to too secure my unit.. I thought that was pretty awesome that they noticed and was going to take precautions to secure it in the event I don't reply. I did reply but couldn't get thier till after they closed but assured I would be there and took responsibility. Everything worked out due to thier alertness and communication on both parts. This place will sell you a good deal then up your rent by 40% within a few months! Ridiculous! Such a trap. Ive had a roof leak in my unit for 8 months now but no one cares. To edit: Alissa is great and helpful, nothing to do with her.

Prime Storage has been great to store my belongings at. Alyssa was helpful in keeping it affordable. I'm really grateful to have them so close by me. The hours are good & I generally get to talk to a live person when calling. I also like that the unit has a light in it.
