Great customer service and expereince

I reserved my unit in Sept 2021 and was assisted by two staff members (a woman and a young man that recently started). Both were very helpful and professional. They were also very patient in helping me understand which size unit I needed. The facility was very clean and allowed access from 3 difference entrances. I had great experiences both times I had to engage with employees.

Outstanding Customer Service

I can't remember the associate's name but it certainly isn't due to her being unforgettable. She was very polite, professional and answered all my questions before I asked them. She had to walk up a hill outside while it was 90 degrees with high humidity and did it all with a smile. She treated me as if I was her only customer for the day, I never felt rushed and she took her time to make sure I understood all the rules and exactly what I was being charged. An outstanding employee, GIVE HER A RAISE!
