I would highly recommend anyone that needs a storage unit to go through extra space storage. Not only are their prices reasonable they are probably the best in the area. Their customer service has always been excellent, the units are well-maintained and taken care of. They make the process very easy and convenient as well and they’re always there when you need help with anything. Britani is who I worked with when I got my unit and she made my experience, the absolute best and I am definitely grateful for her because she definitely looked out for me as the customer.

I appreciate how easy it was to sign up for my unit online and how convenient it is to have digital access to the facility, as well as manage my account through their app. The property is clean and well-maintained. I also want to highlight the outstanding customer service I received from Britani. Her service was truly superb and absolutely sets this facility apart from others in the area. She was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough when answering my questions, and she even followed up with me the same day with the information I needed. She went above and beyond, and her exceptional customer service is a real asset to the company.

The storage location and unit were neat and clean. You guys could have done a better job removing snow and ice from the area to include the entry gate and in front of my storage location. Your location is great for me. Customer service was excellent.

This storage facility is trash! They are price gouging each unit which is illegal without any notice. I'm contacting Better Business Bureau and putting in a report. This place need to be shut down!. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO NOONE.
