I had an exceptionally smooth and stress free experience at the Prosperity location and wanted to express my sincere thanks. The woman who assisted me at the front desk made everything effortless. She was calm, kind, and incredibly organized, walked me through access and next steps clearly, and made what could have been a logistical headache feel simple and handled. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she provided a gate card with handwritten notes and took real care to make sure I had what I needed before I left. Customer experience like this is rare and deserves recognition. Please pass along my gratitude. She made a real difference.

Everette did a fantastic job explaining everything and thoroughly answering all of my questions. The facility is clean and well maintained, and there were trolleys available by the elevators to help move items. I appreciated seeing the security video right in the front office as well. It's very clear the staff are willing to work with you to accommodate your needs.

She took time away from her life to comeback at 7:30pm to make sure I was able to access my storage space, #2147. Very few place goes out of their way to do this. I've had a great experience since renting. Monique has been very kind and answered all of my questions. I know she's great at her job because I can be a difficult customer—I ask a lot of questions and sometimes push back a little. Despite that, she always responds politely and takes care of my concerns. During the last heavy snow, I was impressed with how well the plowing was handled. Monique must have arranged for the service to arrive on time, which I really appreciated. I also received a thoughtful phone call reminding me that I had left my key behind. She explained that during the regular security lock checks, she found it and wanted to make sure I got it back. The facility is well-maintained, and I always feel safe when I arrive and leave. Who is amazing….Monique is amazing. When dealing with a lock issue at the unit she went above and beyond and was there to help reduce stress of moving, provided excellent customer service with patience, compassion and a smile.
