Office hours are by appointment only, and THERE IS NO OFFICE ON SITE- Please make your reservation online and call to schedule a time that works If you are scheduling a weekend move in date, please make sure you make arrangements prior to Saturday or Sunday. Leads are called promptly. Rates are pro-rated at move in, not move out, billing cycles are 1st thru 30th.

Discount Mini-Storage is a locally owned self storage facility offering drive up accessible storage units to the greater Fredericksburg, VA area. Our facilities are secure with timed gate entry and several day a week access. Our units are a cinder block construction with steel doors and lights in each unit. We do not charge security deposit or require proof of insurance Not to mention, our rates are the lowest in town -guaranteed We are convenient to I95 and Route 3.

Not happy.

An old, rough-looking industrial area - If I would have physically seen this facility beforehand, I would not have rented space here. Security is at a minimum and I certainly do not feel safe to work in my unit during the day, let alone in the evening - which is what I wanted to be able to do. No caretakers on-hand to help w/problems at the facility. Door handles are very rusty and tough to maneuver. The driveway is mud and stone w/some large holes. Do not like it at all.
