Would love to say id recommend, overall the unit is clean but their billing tactics are shady (at best). We signed under a promotion and were informed if anything changes in the rental price, they'd notify us. Out of the Blue, were almost being charges double what our contract was. We received no email or letter informing us of any increase. Spoke to the local mgr who escalated the issue to the main office. The inital rep i spoke with verified they failed to send us a email. I asked for a refund of the over charged amount due to them not abiding by their written contract. They refused despite admitting their mistake. They'll have you sign one price and charge you another. Id advise going elsewhere for storage needs if you're able.

Clean, easy to access and safe storage facility. Staff is pleasant to deal with and helped me resolve my packing and storage solutions.

Sara was a great help! We're in the process of down sizing and didn't know where to start on figuring out the size unit we would need, but she helped us figure it out pretty quickly. Very simple process, all done in one day!

I helped my friend move out of her space, Sara was very helpful and the property was clean!
