When I first signed up, I met with a representative who personally walked me through the entire facility, which was very welcoming and appreciated. This is actually my second unit here—I downsized from a larger space to a smaller one—and the transition was just as smooth as my first experience. The online sign-up process was efficient and straightforward. I was able to reserve everything online, receive clear instructions, go directly to my unit, and pick up the key without any hassle. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, and I really appreciate that there are always carts available by the doors. Anytime I’ve needed to call in with a question, the staff has been responsive, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond—providing more than just the minimum information to make sure everything was easy and stress-free. Also the app is the best, it allows easy gate and door access. Overall, it’s been a consistently positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run option.
