More time needed to decide

Nice and friendly staff but they lost some paperwork. I was called 2 days after check in and told that they needed the paperwork ASAP, that was very inconvenient, I had already relocated.

Overall good

Public storage has the best prices in our area, and promotional offers in general. Moving blankets are priced really well. Staff has been very helpful. Site seems very secure and clean. My only problem thus far is that the site closes at 9pm. I have wanted to move things late to get it done and not been able to. Overall though it has been a good experience.
