Like the inside drive-up area

It is nice in Seattle's rainy climate to be able to drive inside to unload or pick up storage items. The carts are handy and the elevator is large. The doorways and turns are a little more narrow though. I went to my unit today for the first time. There are cobwebs and a packet of rat poison so I wonder if rats are a problem? I hope not and I certainly hope no one has food in their space to attract pests!!!

Very staisfied with my Public Storage experience

I have been using Public Storage since November 2008. I could not be more pleased with my experience. The manager and staff have been very helpful in finding the right size locker and giving tips in terms of maximizing my experience with storage. I am a very happy customer.

Great Service

I had a very stressful move situation involving my Aunt. Valerie had such a helpful and cheerful personality that my stress level diminished quickly while she was guiding me thru the storage rental process. I truly look forward to seeing her on my next trip to the Public Storage facility.
