Rick was very friendly, and kindly gave me a tour of the facility. It appears to be secure and newly renovated interior looks clean. I was able to lock into a reasonable rate considering the size of the unit. No complaints thus far

Very clean, temperature controlled indoor facility. Good lighting, plenty of carts in good condition, close-in parking and excellent security. Restroom in front office only accessible when business office is open. Access gates are a bit narrow - OK for most vehicles except wide vans and trucks. Helpful office staff.

Pretty much a total screwup from the beginning. The room was not in a location as advertised. They charged me for insurance and didn't take it off even after I provided my own. The contract I was supposed to sign electronically never showed up, but I did get three contracts by email.

When we moved from Spokane, we needed three units in Tacoma and decided to use Tacoma Self Storage. On the way over there were problems with our units - mainly due to a trainee mistake - but Derek was able to fix the problem and find better units before we arrived. Since then, any issues I've had have always been something simple, i.e., someone spilling oil in the parking lot, etc, Derek has taken care of them immediately. I solidly recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs their stuff taken care of, and don't be afraid to talk to management if there are issues, he will always try to make things right.
