When I originally planned to rent storage from AAA, I was still living in Wisconsin; however I ended up not taking the unit until AFTER I moved out of state. I had family help move my items from one place to the other, so I don't have a true idea of the "cleanliness" aspect of the facility, but I can leave a review on the customer service aspect. The only downfall, I would say, would be after my initial contact (both this time and the previous), I did not receive confirmation that AAA had received either my request or follow up email for 3-5 business days. However, once that contact was made, responses were quick. I was able to do paperwork and set up my account all while being out of state, and can make payments through their on-line portal, which is great for me. I also found the for the size of the unit, the price was competitive of other places around, and liked the price for size.
