This Storage unit is awesome. They helped me out really well. I had an issue yesterday with the code and I had an issue with transporters not getting to the storage unit to pick up my truck. I got scammed. They helped reset my code. And thanks you all.

BEWARE!!! This place is Pathetic, and if I could they would get 0 stars. First off they have no loyalty to longtime customers, we have been there for 20+ years. They will raise your rent at THEIR convenience and give you only a month's notice. Second off, their story will never be the same if you call them. We talked to Christina about a month ago and asked about switching units and downsizing, she told us that it would be $70, and we could either stay where we were or move to Loomis road. She also said that if we were to move out, we had up until the end of the month, given our unit was paid and everything. We call back a few weeks later, and once again talk to Christina, and she now tells us something completely different. She said we could ONLY move within where we were already at, and the 2 units available were either $96 or $108. If we wanted to move to Loomis then we would have to be listed as new customers, rather than just switching. She also said if we chose to move out we would have to give a 10 days notice. 2 completely different stories. Thirdly, the number they send on the bills is the national number, and you actually have to be a detective to find the actual number for the one on College Ave. If you happen to call and they don't answer, good luck. You will get the national number and they have no clue what they are talking about. I wouldn't trust their business hours listed online, as it says they are open until 4:00 on Saturdays but they are actually open until 2:00. If something needs to get fixed, good luck again because they won't even an easy fix. I wouldn't waste my time, breath, or money with this place. Save everything and go to another place because trust me anywhere else will be so much better.

Very easy to secure a unit. Everything done online in 5 minutes. Had one issue with an invoice that was cleared up in 1 short phone call with friendly people. Unit is exactly what we need.
