Prime Storage - Madison

I have actually rented from here 3 times now and I have always loved the atmosphere and people but this time hands down the BEST! They remodeled and are under new ownership and the lady I met is so nice and helpful! And they have amazing prices!

I require long term storage and have not yet had my furniture moved into unit. Moving van comes Oct. 25.

I looked throughout Madison area for climate controlled storage. I don't understand "storage" stuff. Ben was extremely helpful ... not all of your "Prime Storage" people were knowledgeable via the telephone to answer my up front questions. Ben was the only, only, only person who knew about the limited hours available for the new, climate controlled storage at this place! Ben was the only person who understood the access ... a couple steps into this place. Ben was the only person who understood all about this storage. What ... do the people answering questions live on Mars???? Prime Storage needs to give detailed info for people who are calling!!! I am disabled. I needed to know: 1.) Is this storage on the first floor, does it have many/any steps to it? 2.) Is it heated/to what potential temperature in WI winters "generally"? 2.) Do the units have electric outlets? If not, is there a problem with my sitting on a stool in the hallway while I sort through my things? 3.) What are the rules about advance notice ... if I want to cancel storage? 1 month, 2 weeks, etc.? 4.) Payment ... credit card, check, etc.? So, so, so many questions that your other people could not answer and absolutely not everyone lives within walking/driving of your storage place!!!! DAH!!! Ben, the only, only, only helpful employee has quit ... I am concerned about having my storage at your place! He answered my zillion questions up front. Plus, I left a message with a different employee to give to a manager to call me back, never received a call. So, I showed up with my movers on this last Friday (10.1.18), filled out the paperwork, paid for a month and have my stuff at your place. Am worried.
