Thank you for the 5 stars, Nigel! We're so glad that renting at our New Berlin storage facility was quick and easy!

Tall dock, need a special lock

Nice place with Friendly staff. A few issues to note: The loading dock is a regular semi trailer height of 50 inches. Most residential, rental trucks are at 33 inches. The lock required for the unit is specific to the facility, you'll have to buy theirs. Also, they could use more carts. We had to go around searching and begging others to use one.
