I have to say that I am very glad to find this place because they have the best service. The employs are very professional and educated. They help you as much you need. If you need help they help you, if you need some tools they provided you with it. The most I liked is that they have everything in the store, so you do not need to go out to get anything. I am a self person, so I have nobody who can help me, but do you know what? all the employees were helping me. I feel as a Queen that they because everybody were with me. It was a great experiencing this with this company. This is the first time that have to put my staff in the storage, but THANKS GOD! that I did good choice with the right people. The other thing which I liked on this place is that everything is VERY, VERY CLEAN!!!!!! I was concerning about the place where I leave my thing because I am a very picky person: I like everything very clean, and I did not have problem with that because the place is CLEAN,CLEAN.So, definitely I will recommend a thousand time this place to my friends or my family. I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. It's very secure. I had to use my pin twice just to get to my unit, and then again to exit! The inside of the facility is SUPER clean and they even have music playing. The online setup was quick and easy, and I even found a welcome bag upon arrival. Did I mention that a staff member called as soon as I registered to answer any questions I had, and also stopped by as I was unloading to check on me. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for a clean and secure location with great customer service!Full Review

Had copy of rental insurance with company name. Would not accept it. Said I needed the policy number. Took picture of policy number, because I'm traveling and my wireless print isn't working in hotel room. Asked if I could bring in laptop so they could see policy. They said "no". Asked if I could use their printer. They said "no". Finally, my insurance company faxed them a copy of my policy.
Also, when I got to the unit and unloaded my stuff, I realized the company lock was still on the unit. The phone had a message. No human answered Had to leave my stuff unprotected while I put in the combination to get out. Drove to the office to get help. Someone did take the lock off.
When I came in to sign up, I was told I had to wear a mask. While I was getting a mask, someone came in to rent a U Haul truck. The man had many questions. So I waited about 20 minutes for him to finish. This is the only place in Fort Myers I've had to wear a mask.Full Review

I choose to store with them because i would only be home for two weeks before coming back, after a long and detailed talk about fairs and the money i would be receiving back they told me everything was great. when i come back to check out at receive my money back they told me that they never said any of those things. To whomever this review goes to...I really want you to know that Season is a great asset to your company! She went above and beyond when we moved in on Saturday, June 3rd. We thought the office closed at 5pm and we showed up at 4:10pm...Season could of just told us that the office was closed and that we would have to come back on Monday. We had rented a U-Haul for the day and all of our stuff was in it ready to move to the unit.
She ended up staying late to complete the necessary paperwork, showed us to our unit and answered questions we had. She was just awesome!
I am in the customer service industry and I've seen horrible service as well as great service! Season provided us with ABOVE & BEYOND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
