Easy sign up online. Easy access to the unit with your phone. Carts available for use right at the door. Facility is clean and air conditioned. Signed up and had my garage cleaned out and stored within the day without having to speak to anyone. Excellent experience all around.

This is for Janine. I just wanna express my gratitude and thankfulness for having her being the one to help me at my ExtraSpace storage. At times I’ve been indecisive, but she’s always there with a smile and courteous with her services. No matter what I always walk out happy and confident did I have made the right choice in storage facilities. The world needs more Janine’s PS Roy may be being trained by Janine. That’s a good thing.

Easy complete online rental - didn't have to talk to anyone. Comprable rental prices compared to other storage facilities in the area. No wait, was able to lease exactly what I needed immediately. Rented in the early morning and was filling the space a few hours later. Very clean, climate controlled; cool upon entry. Secure entrances and roller carts to help with ease of loading and unloading. I would highly recommend.

Customer service rep was very polite, friendly and easy to wirk with. Units are clean, well lit, and has easy access. There are plenty of hand carts available. Parking lot of large, has many spots and there are multiple entry points to the building. Wonders experience since renting a unit here 3 months ago

I have to use storage facilities frequently with my business and for personal reasons and I can honestly say that Extra Space on SW Pine Island Rd in the Cape has been the best I have ever used. First off...EVERY company has a face up front that greets and assists the customer. They need to come watch Janine. She exemplifies customer service, and also has a very warm relationship with the people that rent there. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable - I would be devastated if she ever left! The facility is spotless, and we have had the absolute best experience. I almost didn't want to write a review because then the secret will be out. Thank you Janine and ESS.
