Spectacular! BEYOND OUTSTANDING Customer Service!

The on-site manager Chris has that old fashioned REAL customer service attitude that is so lacking these days. He was knowledgeable, kind, genuine and walked us through every step. He took the time to explain how every door, elevator, key, code, etc. worked & made it very clear that he was there to help and answer any questions or tend to any concerns we may have.
