This review is purely based on the efforts of the real MVP: Kurt. There was a software issue with my unit when I originally signed the paperwork. When I realized my entry code didn't work, Kurt found out that I was somehow assigned to a different unit. When I told him I work in Northeast Denver during the hours y'all are open he offered to stay late for me to get there to fill out new paperwork so I could move in within my time frame. I flew into Colorado to buy a truck but I had to leave the next day so I had to find a place to store it online I researched vehicle storage and I got CubeSmart phone number I made a reservation and the manager Lee was very friendly on the phone and put me at ease also when I checked in I was kind of worried about leaving the truck there and I asked Lee if they had been any incidents or anything like that. I asked how the security was he said the security was really great they haven't had any incidents this put me at ease even more coming back home to schedule an organized transport from there to my hometown.Full Review
My reservation was for a 10x30 @ $207 month. I had to change move in date by approx 4 -5 days.
Unfortunately, manager then CHARGED ME $262 MONTH for storage unit. I have talked with her several times but TO NO AVAIL. Website says reserve now & lock in rate & pay at move in.
Manager's OVER-CHARGES ARE AGAINST POLICY. DO NOT RENT HERE.Full Review
