I came in looking for help with getting a storage unit and had a great experience thanks to Rowan. He was extremely nice, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience quick and stress-free. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this place, and definitely ask for Rowan if you need help!

Looking for good customer service? Look elsewhere. My unit was infested with rodents. Droppings were everywhere and ruined everything. I went into the office to simply let them know, not necessarily wanting anything. The rep sitting at the desk didn’t even say hello. I showed her a picture of the droppings and her response in a tone was, “That’s what insurance is for.” My response was I’m simply letting you know. She then became extremely rude and said, “You know what, get out,” and threw her hands up. This site is a joke! Rude employees, and the site is falling apart. They don’t care about your storage needs. I’ll be moving out of my other extra space location due to this location.

Rowan made the experience a breeze. Moving in was very easy. The location is perfect and other friendly neighbors and security is a must. Highly recommend!
