If I may be completely honest, the staff is great. They really try to help us out and by us I mean your customers the constant increase of unit price is ridiculous and then the reason we get why the units going up on price because the size that we have is not an over abundance so shouldn’t for that reason try to keep the customers you actually have instead of keep racing constantly the price

I like this location(4551 w sunrise blvd, plantation, FL) but I don't like how the price changes out of the blue.... then when u call to ask why they say oh that is the current rate but what that got to do with me??? I have been using this location for like 4 years i have a small storage unit and besides the frequent up and down with monthly rent i haven't had no issues except when the sliding door was malfunctioning one weekend I really needed to get in my unit... the staff is very friendly 90% of the time. It's always clean in the inside too...it Use to be messy outside until they posted a sign saying if u leave stuff behind you will get fined.

I like the storage space but the “bait and switch” constant price increases are not good especially for someone who needs something for a year or 2 and plans a budget accordingly from across the US for a temporary job. Read the fine print and expect increased monthly costs without much notice.

Just booked a storage unit here - and let me tell you - Grace, the woman running the place has made it the very best experience for me. I mean, I know - it sounds unbelievable, but she has got things under control. Not only was the check-In experience flawless and actually super easy - she even stopped by my unit to offer some helpful suggestions when storing items in my unit - because winter is approaching. WHAT?? That kind if authentic customer service is non-existant these days. And, I’m not special - I’ve personally witnessed the same high-quality, genuine compassion and care for all customers. AMAZING!! I recently discovered that I don’t even think this is her main storage facility assignment. I overheard her mention that she manages this location for the time being because they needed help. So - she’s managing MULTIPLE storage unit locations - and doing so with fantastic customer service. Grace - thank you for being YOU!! We are very lucky!!
