Unit reserved already had an RV present and have not been able to move-in. Strange that i received an email asking me to review. Will change this review if my issues are resolved.

StorQuest RV & Boat Storage (8720 S. Sante Fe Dr, LIttleton, CO 80125) has increased the rent on my outdoor storage space 3 times since they bought-out our local storage lot a little over two years ago (a total rate increase of 62% over that time). According to the Rent Increase Notice, the purpose was to continue providing "exceptional service", which, as evidenced by the huge pot holes all around the facility, and the gate being left wide open, is clearly not the case. Do yourself a favor and check out other local options before signing a lease with this company. You can find much more reasonable rates about 5 minutes down the road. * Originally attached this review to a different StorQuest address in July 2021. It's a great place to store your tools in a trailer to get the jobs done after bids are out.

They can't even fix their entrance for all the money they charge. Another rate increase for no improvement in the facility. The space I rented is dirt. The road to get into the facility is bumpy. During winter they don't plow enough to get RV out. Construction on area makes it hard to get in. Price increases for no improvements.
