We needed a place to store items between apartment leases, and Opelika Self Storage was great. 1) The location is a quick drive to the university. 2) The units are air conditioned. 3) The place was secure. 4) The staff are friendly and helpful. 5) The storage unit can be rented month-to-month. Life Storage - Auburn - South College Street

3 out of 5 - Based on 2 reviews

Starting at $176.00

I have two units, both of which were subject to significant increases at exactly 6 months from renting. Told the same song and dance of "based on market increases" and "could not guarantee they would not happen again." While the manager is kind and helpful on sign-up, she holds no power to adjust the rates, but basically says 'you're screwed' cause there is no one above her to talk to. Ridiculous they take such advantage of good, paying, timely customers. Just because! Oh, and the market rates for the same size units where much less...btw.Full Review

Most Common Types of RV Storage in Auburn, AL

Covered RV Storage in Auburn

While it's usually the more expensive option, covered RV storage is the safest, most secure way to store your camper or trailer in Auburn. In most cases, covered storage is simply a parking spot with a roof, however some facilities offer an indoor RV storage option, sometimes referred to as enclosed storage. This type of RV storage is an over-sized version of a traditional storage unit with drive-up access of course.

Uncovered RV Storage Auburn

This RV storage option is basically an open parking space on the storage facility's property, and is the least expensive option for RV storage. Some RV storage facilities in Auburn do have paved parking areas specifically for trailers and campers, but either way your RV will be outdoors and exposed to the elements. If you opt for this storage type we recommend purchasing a good RV cover.

Tips For Storing a RV and Trailer in Auburn, AL
