Agent Jared help me out when I called, was so sweet, and we couldn't have asked for a better employee to assist after my husband's sister passed and we had to figure out her unit. Then we ran in to Juliet and Brittney at the facility and they were lovely. God bless them all!

Pretty convenient location, manager is very nice and the prices are affordable.would be nice if you had 24 hour access to your stuff; And could definitely go without the rats eating your belongings,and relieving themselves on everything, I clean up after them everyday. When I complained I was told an exterminator is on site. I'm guessing the exterminator is the little black traps that only catch dust.

Everyone has been so helpful from the first phone call to check on a available storage room until the last text. The ladies have made sure I understood everything and made this experience a great one. From getting the unit until I picked up the lock and key. Everything was as they had told me no surprises. I rate them a 20 out of 10
