** Renter Beware** To future renters at this storage unit. I would recommend going next door for cheaper rates, and better protection of your stored items. Just recently I moved away from this place, and when I did found evidence of water damage coming from a source outside my rented unit. After discovering the water damage and a mouse infestation that caused additional damage. The manger was onsite and was able to verify & confirm this but when it came time for the claim they are trying to NOT provide any financial relief to cover the replacement of any of the damaged items. I have appealed this determination, and will provide an update when appropriate
