We have finally downsized our belongings enough to no longer need this very good facility.

Process was easy. Had some difficulty getting into the gate at first bc my gate code wouldn’t be active for 24 hours but it was handled relatively quickly and I gained access. Overall satisfied but that is the reason I put a 4 instead of 5.
DavidI've rented space at this facility for 23 years. Heartland Storage purchased the facility in 2025. Last week I was notified of a 54% price increase from last year. I've spoken to a number of people that rent here and none of them are happy. I can't speak for everyone, but I know a number of renters that will be leaving this year. I will follow them out of the door.
