Very modern facility! I'm moving abroad and needed a quick and easy storage situation that was easy on the pocket, as I didn't have that much to store. I saw online they had online pricing specials that couldn't be beat, so I reserved a unit in as little as 10 minutes. Boxed up my things and two days later, met the store manager Jeremy who gave me a tour of the facility and showed me to my unit. Easy peasy. I really enjoy how secure the facility is, as I've stored with other facilities in the past and a simple wire fence is easy to bypass. It also made me feel more secure being a woman accessing the facility alone.

I have been with them since 2019. No problems, no complaints, no concerns. Im looking at a 2nd unit, Mr. Jeremy was knowledgeable, informative polite while showing me around. I recommend using this location. The units are clean, the environment is safe, convenient and well lit.

My experience with Extra Space Storage was good. The staff was friendly to me, the place was clean and my things were safe. However, from July 2024 to the time I left in November 2025, my rent went from $120's to $220 (and the staff was kind enough to reduce it by $20). I understand that you guys change rent based on "the current trends," but it sounds like the rent is changing just because of the trends, not considering the loyalty and consistency of renters like me. I never failed to pay my rent on time or didn't give Extra Space any trouble. I needed the space so I was willing to pay the rent, but to keep going up on the same space several times in one year, seemed a little unfair. I left because I felt the rent would go up another $80 bucks in 2026, if not more. At that rate, pretty soon, the same space would almost cost me what I pay for my car payment. In this day and time, its not feasible for me. I do wish you continued success, but I would ask, that you wouldn't just go the trends, but consider your loyal customers.

I honestly need Jeremy’s picture posted on the wall as Employee of the Year! When I tell you he is passionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at his profession, I truly mean it. I have never met someone who shows such a high level of respect, professionalism, and expertise. The world would be a better place if more people worked the way he does. Extra Space made an excellent decision when they hired him. If there were a higher position available, I would gladly give it to him because he represents the perfect standard of what any company should want in an employee. 💖💖
