Its the cleanest and best priced storage facility i have ever encountered. Some store boats and jet skies, and some rent for self storage. They are a versatile facility for what you need.i rent a unit to sell quality sherwin williams brand paints for an extremly low price. Also there is a person who rents two units to work on boats jet skies ect. How convenient is that. To finish it off the security does an excellent job holding the fort down and his hospitality is excellent.

Brad was amazing! Brad met me at the boat launch with my trailer, helped me get my boat out of the water, and drove me back to my house in Crane Hill. Incredible customer service. The facility is awesome! Large units, electric, wash station, Ice machine and it's totally secure. It's also very convenient. It's literally 3 min down the road from the boat ramp.

One of the most polite and down to earth people I have ever worked with. The facility was top of the line quality and they really made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend them if you are visiting Smith Lake. They will take good care of you and your belongings
