The area is clean and always picked up. We love how they do have cameras down the aisles. Got the storage online yesterday. Went to get the key and NO one was available. Talked to customer service 3 time and was told someone would be there. I was told it would be 24 hours before my complaint to be processed. It only took 2 seconds to take the money out my account. There needs to be more details on when a key would be available. Hopefully someone will show up this is unprofessional.
