Every month these units are increasing. However, nothing is being upgraded or updated. Inflation is one thing, yet greed is another. Cube smart took over a low budget storage place and just slapped a name on the building and started increasing prices. Rent has went up $300 in a years on the unit I have. This is ridiculous

I was having issues getting into the gate. I called and was connected with the Michael Blvd location. The lady answered the phone and apologized for my troubles and said she’ll be over in a few. Even though I’m a customer at the Halls Mill location, the employees at the Michael location answered my call and came over to solve my problems. Great service!!

Decent place for the price. However, there is a snack food vendor that seems to rent half of the facility and uses the facility not only as a storage place, but to distribute and sell snack foods to the public. Every single day, they have trucks they are blocking the entire aisle loading and unloading boxes of snacks into peoples vehicles, and today they had a larger drive-through which wrapped around the entire facility with hundreds of cars picking up and buying cases of snacks. When you try to get through, they tell you that you have to wait on them or they are rude when you asked them to move out of the way. Management seems to turn a blind eye to this.
