Don't trust anything agents say unless you have it in writing. Luckily I didn't sign up after getting 3 different rates from 3 different people. After being pushed for a straight answer, the $110/mo discounted rate given was for an indeterminate amount of time. They could increase the monthly charge to whatever they felt like with a 30 day notice. They couldn't even give what the rate would increase to if they discontinued the President's Day special. "We don't know, depending on the market"...??? Do not trust these people. They're pushy and try to hide the real charges.
