I’m part of an animal rescue group, and we’ve been searching for a storage unit that works for all three of us, both in terms of location and access. My first interaction was with Carmen, who took the time to listen to our needs and thoughtfully scheduled an appointment for the following Friday. When I arrived that day, I was greeted by Evan at the customer service desk. I can honestly say that Evan is the epitome of what excellent customer service should look like. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us. Even though there weren’t any discounts available, he made sure we were set up with a unit that worked well for our organization. He made the process seamless, handling the billing with ease and accommodating a few small requests we had along the way. The only disappointment was learning that Evan was just filling in and is permanently based in Birmingham. We’ll miss having him there, but we’re grateful for the level of care he showed during our visit. If you're in the Pike Road area and need a storage unit, Devon Self Storage may not be the fanciest or most modern facility, but it’s practical, affordable, and gets the job done. It’s not about hosting parties, it’s about securely storing what matters most. For fair pricing and a team that genuinely cares, Devon Self Storage is the right choice.
