I was very appreciative of the customer service that Khalil Archie provided today. I came in because the site that I rent from is under construction. I was upset that I couldn’t pay but he made sure that I wouldn’t be charged anything extra because it wasn’t my fault. I love the service and will continue to do business here.

HORRIBLE experience. I was attempting to store my motorcycle and some boxes from my dorm over the summer while I went to boot camp. When I called to originally rent a unit I talked to the national office who told me that I would need to provide proof of insurance and a title to store the motorcycle. I told them that I had both but the title was not in my name, but it was signed in all the ways it should be to transfer ownership and show me as the owner. When I got to the office I had to stand and wait for the agent to call multiple people and ask if they could take the title. After waiting some time, she told me they would not take the title and would not be renting to me. I was very frustrated by this point and walked out the door. I attempted to come back in a few minutes later to change my lease to not store the motorcycle and only store the boxes I needed and found she had locked me out of the building, refused me access, and when I asked through the glassdoor if I could change my lease she told me no they were refusing to rent to me because of how I had left the building. Extremely angry and would not recommend this to ANYONE. I would recommend U-Haul instead. Their customer service was much better and was a much easier process.

Kahlil offered fantastic customer service. When I ran into a problem with dressers he ran to assist. Great guy. I will rent from him again. You should too!!!
