Had my unit less than 4 months and it was broken into. The guy at the main office was great, but works alone so getting him on the phone was rough. Their call center knew nothing.

The units are easy to access, and the property is always neat and organized. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, made everything simple to understand, and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. My experience at this storage facility was amazing from start to finish. The whole process was quick and easy thanks to Kiera. The facility was nice and well maintained. If you’re looking for a storage unit, ask for Kiera. This young lady has proven that customers really do matter.

I was looking for a storage unit and I came across this one. I was very skeptical however I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the property clean and they had great competitive rates but the awesome customer service from Kiera really made a difference. Needless to say I rented the unit. If I could give 0 stars I would. Site manager ever answers the phone. Whole row of units were broken into (including my 2 units). They had squatters living in empty units. Poor communication with residents. Customer Service is nice, but they can't do anything to help you on-site. Avoid this place.
