New to this storage experience but this far, I’m impressed! Online signup was convenient and easy to do…. The secure entry into the facility and each unit was really impressive…. Facility is clean, well lit and spacious …. And I never felt unsafe while loading/unloading. Definitely a 5 star rating from me!!! Thank you so much!!!

Clean and easy access. It was easy to set up with the app. I like using the phone to open the unit and was able to share access with my son using the app. Great price for the size compared to other storage units in the area. I highly recommend

ROACH AND MICE INFESTED!!! EVERYONE THAT RENTS HERE NEEDS TO CHECK THEIR ITEMS IN YOUR UNIT!!! Rented a unit for the past 10 months. Paid for climate controlled to ensure my items would be in the best condition when I was ready to move out from my short term storage. Mice and roaches are in everything that was not in a plastic container! My $3000 new sofa is ruined!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Not to mention the fact of how unsafe we felt at the building with the type of people they have hanging around staring at you! Just absolutely the worst experience ever!!!! This place even smells like the nastiest dirty laundry mat! EVERYONE THAT RENTS HER NEEDS TO CHECK YOUR UNIT!!!!

OVERALL I have had a good experience. Automated services have their PROS & CONS. The A.I. Assistant needs work. The first time I called, I was signed up for a storage facility in SC. The second time I called the assistant said a certain size unit was available when it wasn't. The unit that was originally given to me, wasn't empty. The human staff was able to correct everything pretty quickly. A new unit was assiged within 20mins. (In the correct city/state.) the app was also very helpful. It helps you locate and access your unit.

Very nice climate controlled storage units. Only had my unit for a couple months, but really liked the experience. Unit was nice and clean, and easy to access. The monthly price wasn't bad either.
