I lived at the RV Park for 3 1/2 years. When I found out the park was being sold I was a little skeptical about new owners, but once I met KJ and his family all the skepticism and doubt went away. They immediately came in and placed a security system at the property and placed cameras all over the park and where the storage units are and the Dry Storage. They take their customers safety very seriously, and those who rent the storage units and Dry Storage, he wants his customers to know that their property is protected by 24 hours surveillance. He put in lighting, made some upgrades and has been a wonderful owner/operator since taking over ownership. I rented one of the largest units out there for my property and I never had to worry about it because I knew it was protected and that gives comfort, knowing you do not have to worry. Unfortunately, I had to give up the Camper life and move back to my home due to my health and I miss it. I miss the fellowship the friends, the gatherings, the peace, the fellowship, but on a good note I’m only five minutes up the road lol. Thank you KJ for your kindness, attentiveness and patience. I appreciate you and your family more than you’ll ever know. I wish you nothing but the very best and hope that you will continue to prosper and grow your business like I know you want to. Missy P.S. Was driving through looking for a decently priced place to stay and this place surpassed all expectations. The laundry room was well maintained. The neighbors were all friendly. And the experience was well worth it. Definitely a stopping spot for when I’m in town next time.

Great place to stay! Backwaters RV and Storage is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The laundry facility is super convenient, and the complimentary WiFi is a nice bonus—especially when you’re staying for a while. Definitely recommend it to anyone passing through or needing a longer-term spot.

Hade no issues in process of getting my unit. Owners were great. When I forgot my pass code to get in I called and they were right there to help, no waiting. The price is great, and location convenient and easy to get to.
