The move in pricing was great. The lady I spoke with a couple of times was so nice and helpful. There were things in the contract the manager was not aware of like providing the lock for the unit. I don't mind doing everything online; however, I am kinda old school and would rather have someone in the office to do face to face business with. I understand when Covid was going on the reasoning behind why this decision was made but it's been over with for a long time now so I would think it's time to get back to work in the office.
