Great customer service and easy to sign up for a unit. Even though we had a major snow fall the people at Star went over and above. We both missed appointment because of road conditions but they were there the next day even though they weren’t scheduled to have the office open. Unit and area are clean and easily accessible since they have all areas plowed as soon as possible. Outlets close to units and even though units aren’t lite the aisle light is enough to see everywhere in the storage unit.
