Dishonest billing if on auto payment. They will take more than the bill sent. I rented here for several years and payed automatically. They require insurance and used to notify you if there records weren't up to date. I recieved my normal bill and a week later they took out a larger amount, adding their own insurance. I couldn't get the money back even though I had insurance. This seems like a dishonest money grab.
